This is a nice art deco OMEGA CK 374 Cal. 38.5L steel pocket watch with “PLAYBOY” hands in good overall condition.
The watch has been manufactured around 1935.
The original white enamel with stylized Arabic numerals is in very good condition. Fitted with a lovely blue “Playboy” leaf hands set.
The low dome crystal is in fair condition.
Staybrite steel case opens and closes nicely with a crisp sound. Case shows various age related marks but in good overall condition, never refurbished.
Inside case back serial, logo and acier staybrite mark. Case ref. is CK 374 according to archives (AJTT – Marco Richon).
Stylized pendant tube and steel “brilliant cut” crown, specific to Omega art deco cases.
Popular, sturdy, gilt finished 15 jewel mechanism cal. 38.5L, signed Omega.
Movement is in excellent condition and has been serviced in spring, 2023.
Diameter of the watch excluding the pendant is ~48.20 mm.
Diameter including pendant ~60.70 mm. Thickness is ~10.90 mm.
